Pack Prints is not responsible for the content of user-generated comments or posts on this site. We are not responsible for, and do not undertake to maintain, the accuracy of the website; all content transmitted by Users on the site is subject to public decency standards. By ordering, you represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding contract. You also affirm that you have the authority to enter into the Conditions Granted, you may claim the offered products and services based on this reservation; and if applicable, in the event of any violation of these requirements, you will stand for us in our defence against anyone who violates. You may also agree to the Privacy Policy and to your Make, Model & Profile being collected, stored, and used as per the Privacy Policy.
In no event shall Pack Prints be liable for more than the amount paid by you or its members, as the case may be, for use of any portion of our Service available through your Store.
Pack Prints, its licensors, suppliers, vendors, officers, directors, employees, or agents shall in no event be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data. loss of business opportunities. or loss, whether in an action in contract or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis. Any claims for damages must be brought within one year of the date of the event giving rise to such action. Pack Prints shall not be responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the website or the use of the content.
All prices for products listed on this site are in United States Dollars (USD). Pack Prints initiates the process upon receipt of a successful payment via an authorized, authenticated payment method.
Customers must submit a product and service specification form, in soft or hard-copy form, detailing the required specifications. Once a print job has been authorized and is on its way to press, it cannot be stopped or altered.
After your final proof approval, there is a four/ 4-hour cancellation window for customers. For orders cancelled during this period, 20% of the total order amount will be retained. 50% off orders canceled after 24 hours. These deductions pertain to expenses, including materials, labor, and production setup.
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, items have been dispatched, or delivery is en route. Cancellations are not accepted due to delayed delivery caused by factors outside Pack Prints’ control, including, but not limited to, shipping delays, customs holdups, weather disasters, or carrier service outages.
You must yet inform Pack Prints of any errors or faults within 2 workdays of receiving the order. Should any printing defects be confirmed, the company will reproduce the affected items. No refunds will be issued for printing errors.
Customers must take photographs of the defects and send them to Pack Prints within seven/ 7-days, at their own expense. To be considered for reprint, 99% of the product delivered must be returned within ten/ 10 business days of receipt. Special handling services and FedEx or UPS time-in-transit are not refundable, regardless of the reason.
Credit shall be given at the time of order, before receipt of print-ready art and a specification sheet. All details, such as design, text, dimensions, and specifications, whether provided by or submitted with the Customer’s order, are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Screen proofs are used to show you the general text and image placement, not the actual color. Color may not appear exactly as in real life due to variations in computer monitors, printing colors, and material surface types.
The Pack Prints will attempt to match color densities to the printer’s color values. But the lamination and finishing processes can result in a different final color. No responsibility is accepted for variations in the colour of products subject to lamination.
Proofs for colour matching must be requested and will incur an additional charge. Colour guarantees apply only if a hard proof has been approved before production.
All client-provided artwork must be in CMYK at 300 dpi. Pack Prints will not be held liable for printing issues caused by low-resolution files, incorrect file formats, or poorly prepared artwork.
Customers are solely responsible for any content, including text, images, graphics, and materials, submitted to us for printing. Pack Prints does not accept orders containing illegal, vulgar, or obscene material.
Pack Prints may save or disclose customer content if we believe it is necessary to comply with a law, protect the integrity of its service, and to enforce these Terms and Conditions, including responding to any claims that company content violates rights of third parties, and to protect other users from disputes between other clients.
Pack Prints is not responsible in any way for purchases from finalized, incorrect artwork, customer-approved, such as:
You will indemnify and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or demands, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or for content you provided for production.
Pack Prints may employ all methods of printing, manufacturing, or processing (including any expedient methods), the work as it deems most appropriate to perfectly execute and carry out your order.
They are not food-safe as is. If you require food-safe paper or cardstock, customers must notify Pack Prints in advance. Neglecting to request food-safe materials relieves the company of accountability for the suitability of food contact.
Although Pack Prints makes every effort to ship the quantity ordered, a slight over- or underrun of at least 5% is considered standard in the industry. Customers who require exact amounts will want to order an additional 10% (allowing for cutting variation).
Production timelines are provided upon order confirmation. Customers requiring rush production should notify the company in advance; an additional fee will be charged.
Regular delivery is included at no extra charge unless otherwise specified. We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, technical issues, or the shipping companies.
